Our knife wielding ‘passadors’ will expertly slice a variety
of meats and sizzling seafood straight from the ‘espetus’ at your table

 South American spiced sausage
 Chicken (five spice marinade)
 Lamb (garlic, lemon, olive oil and fresh herbs)
 Beef (oregano, black pepper, cumin, and garlic)
 Pork (smoked tomato & chilli marinade)
 Fish of the day (lemon, garlic and herb)
 Calamari (garlic, herb and paprika)

Churrascaria is served with grilled seasonal vegetables, along with Chef’s variety of condiments including; roasted tomato relish, honey mustard, with onion & chilli jam
